I used to believe that I had to have it all figured out, but very early on I discovered that all I needed to do was to find and live out my purpose. Having worked through several stages of burnout and overwhelm, while managing several non-life threatening chronic illnesses, I realized that sharing my successes and struggles has allowed me to connect with others and build community.

I am my most beautiful project and I believe that I am allowed to start over and reinvent myself as many times as I want to until I get it right.

Aubre in Between is rooted in being my most authentic self. I share with you my candid thoughts, soulful reflections, and my adventures big and small. I am a realist and a dreamer who embraces slowing down, savoring life's quiet joys, and creating purpose in the everyday moments. This is a space of inspiration, connection, learning and growth.​
